Facebook just can't stop copying Twitter. At least this week. First, it announced that it will support hashtags, and now, it's promoting its senior vice president of engineering, Mike Schroepfer, to the vacant CTO role - aping Twitter's own management shuffle. The announcement was made via an email inside the company, according to TechCrunch.
